The staff was helpful and accommodating to my requests.
My room had a terrible smell. It felt damp and stuffy because there were no windows for ventilation, I felt quite disappointed. I hoped for better air quality , especially since I was there to relax.

The staff was friendly. Early check in Was good. The room Had modern conveniences. Curtains opened and closed with a push of a button next to the bed.
Most rooms Have no windows. You can not tell when it is daylight. The area OUTSIDE the hotel is very busy. It is crowded and not very clean.

Staff were attentive. The hotel offered complimentary evening tea and snacks to my room. The staff brought luggage up to my room promptly. This made the process hassle free.

The hotel IS new and work gets done. There is air conditioning throughout the hotel. There is a rooftop terrace. I liked withdrawing from busy street level.

the breakfast included pancakes and various curries. bread, boiled eggs, and yogurt were also available. juices, coffee and tea were offered too.
The neighborhood felt a bit unsafe. the streets around the hotel were messy. This made walking difficult. taxis sometimes struggled to reach the hotel because of street congestion.
